Exorcist found guilty in child's death

Minister Ray HemphillI once said that if you are going to hire an exorcist don’t sell yourself short. Do your homework. Get some referrals. Fighting the devil is a serious job. It should be taken seriously.
The last thing you want to do when taking on the devil is take whatever you learned from made for TV movies and call yourself an expert.
The devil eats people who get their exorcist certificates with $19.95 and three proof of purchases from the back of Jesus Freak magazine subscriptions for lunch.
And if you can’t afford an exorcist that has been field tested, at least make sure that you at least “google” the word “autistic” before you take someone’s word that your child is possessed.
I guess this just goes back to the theme of the day, “you can’t pick your parents.”
A jury found Minister Ray Hemphill guilty of felony child abuse for suffocating an autistic 8 year-old boy during an exorcism at his strip mall-based church.
Evidently “Ray the Ghost buster” who has no formal theological training but was still “doing the best he could”, decided to lay chest to chest across the little boy in an 80-degree room and just yell at him all day while the boy struggled to break free.
The devil apparently hates loud noises.
It was the 12 th in a series of exorcisms he had performed on the autistic boy in the three-week period.
Why he kept trying after coming up short the other previous 11 times I don’t know. This might be one of those times where being persistent doesn’t pay off.
I figure if your halitosis in combination with your fat ass laying on a child isn’t enough to drive out the devil the previous 11 times maybe you should “google” the word “autistic” too.
Naturally the defense argued that it was the drugs that boy was taking for his autism, not the fact that this fat ass grown man was laying on his chest killed the kid.
Oh so now that you are looking at prison you suddenly believe in autism?
The kid’s mother Patricia Cooper , and the two other parishioners who helped to restrain the child during the exorcism decided to plea the fifth as to not incriminate themselves.
They’re only postponing the inevitable.
Karma doesn’t give a damn about the fifth amendment.

There better be a lot more involved to demonic possession than just a difficulty focusing attention and a stuttering problem.
