Sept. 11 Families Apparently Disgusted by Bush Campaign Ads
Ok, this is getting ridiculous.
Everything and I mean everything blows up in Bush's face.
This is the America that frightens me.
Now even families of September 11th victims are disgusted with Bush's Ad campaign which shamelessly try to connect the event with why he is sweet.
On one hand I am glad you are disgusted because it is disgusting, using 9-11 to get reelected, but where the fuck were you on September 12 th when this losers approval rating went from 48% to like eleventybillion literally overnight?
Do you blame him for trying to cash in on 9/11?? Hell that is the only and I do emphasize only time this President is tolerable and that is when he has his american flag cape on ranting about all the evil doers he and the justice league are rounding up to make the world a safer place.
I mean he didn't do anything to have his approval rating go through the roof like that.
He was just there.
So how do you expect his people to strategize a campaign that wins him another four years when basically the best thing he has ever done while in office according to the polls is be the president when 9/11 occurred?
As far as I am concerned he might as well run election campaigns for everything that happened over the past four years that will get people emotional that he had nothing to fucking do with.
He should show footage of the New England Patriots winning 2 Super bowls then run the voice over: Just remember who was President when you won those Super Bowls Boston, Mass.
He should show footage of the earthquake in Iran last fall, and then run the voice over: Just remember who was President when God shook the shit out of those towel heads.
In case you haven't seen them yet, the two ads refer to the hijacked airliner attacks that killed about 3,000 and remind us that Bush "rose to the challenge".
One ad shows World Trade Center ruins behind an American flag. Another shows firefighters removing the flag-draped remains of a victim.
It's enough to make you gag.
The International Association of Fire Fighters denounced the spots as "hypocrisy at its worst."
Well, there was that time he showed up in Iraq on thanksgiving. Say what you want about that but I know that just knowing that Bush was right there in their backyard and they couldn't do anything about it still keeps terrorists up at night.
I wouldn't mind seeing that in a commercial.
John Stewart says Bush is off limits on 'Daily Show' If Dubya, a man who as recently as yesterday said that "we are going to use our navy to block all of Afghanistan's harbors", Afghanistan being a country that is landlocked, is beyond reproach, then the infiltration of you pod people is more advanced than I ever imagined.
