| David Duke Supporters Don't Like His Chances in Prison |
It's only 15 months. What could happen in 15 months?
Former KKK leader David Duke's supporters are afraid that Mr. Duke
may get fucked up if he gets sent to prison next month on fraud charges.
They say that there is a significant chance that the ghetto
monkeys, wetbacks, bucketheads,
and any cave niggers doing time,
still uncharged since 9-11 may make a point
to see that he gets what he has coming. They say that even some white
supremacist may get involved in the act as David Duke has burned many
of them at one time or another during his rise to the top of the scum
of society.
David Duke pled guilty on Dec. 18 of 2002 to cheating
on his taxes, mail fraud and
gambling away contributions made
by his supporters to his various white supremacist causes.
He is looking at possibly doing 15 months in prison.
So now, because of what he has made a career of, advocating bigotry,
violence and hatred
and now I guess you can toss in apparently fucking over his supporters
by gambling away their monies given to him in good faith, they say
Duke will need special protections
in prison if he is to survive.
They say he could be assaulted or worse
if he is not kept in a safe place.
Since when is society suddenly concerned about keeping someone safe
in prison?
If a genuine effort was actually being made to make sure inmates weren't
being assaulted or killed in prison the only fucked up thing about
being sent to prison would be the blisters you would get on your fingers
from pressing all of those liscense plates all day.
His lawyer is going to suggest that the Judge send Duke to a federal
camp where he could "rest easy,
play tennis and golf",
which is apparently not uncommon for people who are being sent to
prison on short sentences for white collar crimes.
His lawyer, James McPherson said that "You
never know, there might be someone out there who wants to kill David
Duke to get notoriety like the guy who killed John Lennon."
There is no better example of the hypocrisy of our judicial system
then in how we treat white-collar criminals. If I took a gun and robbed
a lady of 50 dollars, I could get 10 years in real
prison. That is prison with real
ass bandits and real shanks made
out of bed springs. I would be a real
prison bitch and I would be performing real
marital duties in the dark corner of my cell after head count every
night.
If I laundered 50 million dollars however, draining 25,000 old people's
retirement funds leaving them penniless and seeking employment well
into their 70s just to survive I get to golf and play tennis and eating
carry out every night.
Money takes care of money. This isn't an example of which crime actually
brought about the most suffering because there is very little debate
that white collar crime hurts more people than blue collar crime often
does. However, there is no way that a Kennedy is going to allow his
son or daughter to share a cell with Tupac. Nope. Not a chance. So
although this distinction between blue collar and white collar crime
was meant to save aRockefeller from ever having to do time with "the
help" it looks like it will save David Duke from being
cornered by the resident Alpha Nigger
in the cafeteria after breakfast.
