| 11-year old impregnated by man she met through Adopt-A-Grandparent |
An 11-year-old girl gave birth to a child fathered by a 75-year-old man that she met through an Adopt-A-Grandparent program.
She was encouraged by her church to spend time with the old people because they often get lonely in their old age.
I bet they do.
The father of the child is a 75-year-old named Jimmy Kaye who is being charged with six counts of first degree sexual assault and eight counts of risk of injury to a minor and two counts of fourth-degree sexual assault.
As expected, his defense is the typical genetically predisposed standard rapist claim --"she wanted it".
A pair of doctors are also being charged with not notifying the police that an 11-year-old was pregnant. The doctors are trying to get the charges dismissed because the law says that you must report pregnancy when the kid says that they have been abused. They say the little girl did not say she was sexually active or had been sexually abused.
She just said she had a "tummy ache".
Mukesh Shah and Ann Lule have pleaded not guilty to the charge, which carries a $500 fine if they are convicted.
The last time I checked however Jimmy Kaye was going straight to hell. |
