| Woman in Huge Legal Battle for Having Violent Retarded Son Castrated |
 A Vancouver woman had her retarded son castrated because as he got older he was growing more and more aggressive.
Ms. Crockett, a single mother of five living in Nanaimo, B.C., said she doesn't regret cutting her son's nuts off.
She says that she since he got his nuts chopped off her son is much calmer and has given her family peace of mind.
Evidently she is in a ton of legal trouble because she forgot to ask for his permission.
Permission? He is retarded for Christ's sakes.

The lawyers are saying that now that his nuts are cut off he is not only disfigured, (like he cares) but evidently not having nuts increases the risk of early aging, bone degeneration and fatigue. In a statement of claim, the trustee says the defendants' actions were "unlawful, unethical, high-handed, arrogant and demeaning" to the young man that caused embarrassment, lost sex drive, psychological trauma, and denied him the chance to become a parent.
That was the fucking point asshole.
First off, how the hell is this fucker going to be embarrassed about losing his nuts? He is retarded.

Ms. Crockett, is defending herself in the lawsuit because she cannot afford a lawyer. Ms. Crockett argued in court that the operation gave her son more freedom, arguing he needs less supervision and can be left alone without fear that he will hurt someone.
Ms. Crockett said her son's behavior became more aggressive as he entered his teens. She said she began talking to doctors about her fears for his future when he was only 10.
The public trustee's case is based on a 1986 Supreme Court decision that sterilization is allowed only for a person's mental and physical health.
The government of Alberta has paid more than $80 million to compensate thousands of people who were sterilized under the province's Sexual Sterilization Act, in effect from 1928 to 1972. Many were found not to be mentally disabled.
Ms. Crockett isn't the only one catching hell over this. The B.C. College of Physicians and Surgeons reprimanded the Nanaimo urologist who performed the operation. He was also fined $5,500 for failing to obtain consent or the approval of appropriate authorities. |
