The tabloid magazine “The Globe” is being sued by a group of people that were in attendance of a Halloween party that O.J. Simpson also attended. They are suing magazine for publishing photographs that were taken at the party that shows them posing for photographs with “the Juice” in the background. I mean O.J. isn’t even aware that they are taking a picture behind him. He is too busy scooping out the crowd for white women. He was being pretty quick about it because I am sure Juice had Pedro Guerrero outside in the car waiting for him to come out with the quality white bitches only the “Juice” can pull. And if Pedro’s attention span is anything like his intellect Juice was on the “clock”, if you know what I mean?

These people are suing the Globe for “Public disclosure of true but embarrassing private facts."  The embarrassing fact being that they were caught in the same photograph as OJ. Here is my naivety showing again. You can sue people for publishing true but embarrassing private facts?

So if the truth is off limits then what is fair game? I didn’t know that if I am embarrassed by some completely true facts that are published about me I can sue somebody? If that is the case then Dubya is going to sue all of us for even covering his presidential campaign. Hey wait a minuet. What am I talking about? This is America. Am I forgetting that in America you can sue anyone for everything from taking a shit to everything in between. You can sue someone for being so ugly that you lost a night of sleep after seeing their face just in passing on the street. We ought to be ashamed of ourselves that putting an end to fucked up frivolous lawsuits isn’t a presidential campaign issue.

What we need to have is a “quit acting like a little bitch and grow up” bill introduced in congress which makes filing frivolous lawsuits a fucking felony offense. Embarrassing private facts are off limits? Give me a break. Think of how much shit you would never know if people couldn’t publish a fact because you found it to be embarrassing?
