Mark Chumura woke up again this morning, the egg was still on his face. He might look a little different to us, slightly worn and tattered from the pro bowl worthy Tight End, ultra-baby face Republican golden boy we are used to seeing but when Mr. Chumura looks in the mirror I am sure he sees a face that is very familiar.

Hypocrites can lie to us but they can’t lie to themselves. That is why we hate them so much.  They sit there and give us sermons on the mount all the while knowing that they are waiting in the same whore house as the sinners they are chastising. Television Evangelists have been doing this for years. President Clinton basically held his office because of it. Hypocrites are often the harshest critics in the crowd.

Chumura is a man who refused to meet with the president of the United States after Green Bay won the Super Bowl because the president of the United States did not come up to Mark Chumura's lofty moral standards. He not only refused this meeting, he loudly refused it. I mean he was all over the news saying how much the president hurt this country and how much he was disgusted with him. He had a field day when Clinton and the Monica Lewinsky fiasco was going on, reiterating his sentiments with an “I told you so” attitude. I respected his position, I respect someone that lives by their values, not someone who simply criticizes someone values.

Now Mr. Moral is in jail behind the allegations of sexually assaulting a 17-year old girl, sexual assault against a child  if you want to know how it reads in the law books.

In fact, even without a finding of guilt, you can start leaning in that direction. Chumura has spent much of his adult life posing for holy pictures. He has repeatedly struck the pose. Mr. Family Values. Mr. Solid Citizen. Mr. Morality. Now we see that even if the allegations don’t stick what the fuck is “Mr. Family Values” doing in a hot tub in the early morning hours pouring booze into two teenage girls? If even portions of these allegations are true, what you have here, the 31-year-old man at the post-prom party, in a hot tub giving under aged girls drinks.
