Dr. Laura shouldn't be so quick to say what is and what isn't natural. Dr. Laura is so used to people that don’t think for themselves, kissing her ass every time she gives her opinion on something, her ego has apparently gotten so large that she thinks in the “real” world, among people that require a higher threshold of evidence than “because I say so”, her opinion isn’t worth a damn. Well at least it doesn't within in a court of law.

Dr. Laura Schlessinger has settled a slander lawsuit filed against her by the owner of a Costa Mesa, California., surf shop whom she went on the air to her millions of listeners and said he intentionally pushed pornography on kids. She repeated the store's name and location numerous times.  She even went so far as to say his business "intentionally does things to harm children,"  further elevating her status as the most incredible bitch on the planet.  Dr. Laura went on to sue this store owner for denying the charges publicly. Yes, Dr. Laura sued him because he denied publicly that he was a middleman for making pornography accessible to children. Can you believe that?  In September she filed papers for publicly saying her statements were lies. She sought damages of more than $1 million. It was quickly tossed out of court. Orange County Superior Court Judge John M. Watson said Dr. Laura failed to convince the court that she had a case, and that Moore was exercising his right to free speech on an issue of public concern when he denied Dr. Laura's charges. In plain English, it isn’t a crime to say that Dr. Laura isn’t right about something. The judge accused Dr. Laura of trying to use the court system to control free speech.

When he asked her to retract her comments she refused. That would be her admitting that she was wrong which is something no one will ever get her to do. Remember she speaks for God five days a week on the radio, even writes books on what God really meant when he said this and that. She is above mere mortal criticism.

However, she shouldn’t be above doing her mortal research because In October, Moore sued Dr. Laura for slander, invasion of privacy, painting him in a false light and intentionally harming his business, and has asked for at least $4 million and ended up with her paying him close to 6 million dollars by some reports for her off the fucking wall, unsubstantiated statements about him and his business. Her opinion might be good enough for the low standards of proof that her listeners enjoy but for a court of law the Queen of Self-Importance needs to bring a bigger stick.

This was all over a magazine called “Big Brother Skateboarder” that she found in the waiting area of his surf shop. Which I am guessing she knew was published by Larry Flynt, who not so coincidentally, published those photographs of her nasty ass spread eagle last year. However, Flynt's company owns and publishes more than 35 different titles, covering topics ranging from computer gaming and skateboarding so I guess for Dr. Laura anything with his name on it is porn.
