| Woman Gets Her Breasts Enlarged to 40DD --without her permission |
A California Appeals Court has upheld a jury's decision to give a woman $1.08 million because a doctor surgically enlarged her breasts without her permission.
A Superior Court jury found Dr. William Shaw guilty of battery for enlarging Sandra Perry’s breasts from a 34B to a 40DD during surgery intended just to remove saggy excess skin.
He was only trying to help.
``She's totally ecstatic and she feels that she got justice,'' attorney Larry Feldman said. He added his client never went for a breast reduction to remove the big tits because
``she's lost faith in the medical profession.''
Not to mention the other intangibles that might have played in her decision not to get them removed like the quality of dick she has been getting lately now that she doesn’t look like a boy.
In the decision, the appeals panel relied heavily on a California Supreme Court ruling that a doctor who receives consent to do one type of treatment on a patient but performs another without consent commits battery.
Now she is rich and she has titties.
