Rare Type of Brain Eating Amoeba Blamed In Child's Death
I will say this as calmly as I can. Please do not let the tone of my voice in your head mislead you into misappraising the seriousness of what I am about to say.
Ladies and gentlemen a 3-year-old little girl died a little over a week ago from an amoeba that gets into your body from a cut on your skin, enters your blood stream and travels to your brain where it then…eats it.
OH LAWD!!  SWEET MOTHER OF JESUS!!!
Aletha Willis who died just over a week ago is believed to be a victim of balamuthia.  A form of encephalitis so rare there has only been 100 cases and so deadly only one person has survived. This shit is so rare that they can’t even find the source.
In the interest of public safety the city of San Francisco found an amoeba expert, (where did this guy come from?) Fred Schuster who ensures us that there is no need for the public to panic.
"The likelihood of a person coming down with this balamuthian encephalitis is probably similar to the likelihood of you winning the California lottery two weeks in succession,"
Whew.
I feel a whole lot better now Freddy, the convenient Amoeba expert. Now I know if I get my brain eaten by a amoeba I can rest easy knowing that although no one will know how I got it, so no one can prevent someone else from getting it, chances are the amoeba brain eating creature has probably met his quota for this century.
Carol Glaser, medical officer at the state department of health in Richmond, says they are still trying to track how the disease is spread. "Some people believe it may be inhaled," Glaser says.
COME AND GET ME NOW LAWD! I CAN'T TAKE THIS SHIT.
