Sparkie the Clown, also known as Ronald Steve Chewning Jr., was arrested after two girls told police that he had inappropriate contact with them while he was showing them wrestling moves in their front yard.

"Sparkie said he was only showing them wrestling moves," police said. "He said it [any inappropriate contact] was by accident."

Yeah right.

Why even open your mouth if you know something that fucked up is going to come out? Please, don’t speak unless you are going to bring some quality shit. Saying that you accidentally felt them up while teaching them some wrestling moves is just pathetic.

To make it even worse Sparkie just recently moved to Balch Springs and registered as a sex offender from Denton Country where he had been convicted of touching the breast and genitals of a 12-year-old girl.

Sparkie was given eight years' probation for his conviction back in Denton County; if he had served it successfully, no conviction would have appeared on his record. But he violated his probation and began a three-year prison sentence in December 1995, according to state records.

Under the terms of his release, he was required to register as a sex offender and to avoid contact with children.

So is that when Ronald here got the great idea that he would give in to his entrepreneurial spirit and start his own company working as Sparkie The Clown? How many adults do you know hire fucking overweight clowns to appear at their parties? He should have been arrested just for that.

Convicts must not be doing their jobs anymore in prison. I thought they raped and beat fuckers like Ronald when they went up to the big house? I guess being a child molester is like any other sexual preference…you just can’t help yourself. I can hear him now, “I can no more control molesting children than a homosexual can stay away from men or a heterosexual stay away from women, or like Paul Millhouse up in Spring Valley that could stop fondling horses. This is sexual discrimination based on my preference for children over consenting adults.”

One of the girls told police that this wasn’t the first time that Sparkie had touched them. They said he had touched them on several occasions. The other girl reported being molested once also.

Mr. Chewning was arrested on two second-degree felony counts of indecency with a child by contact. His bail was set at $150,000.
