A Noblesville, Indiana woman serving a 20 year prison term for felony aiding child molesting testified today that she got her 12-year-old daughter drunk on strawberry daiquiris, so a 78-year-old man could have sex with the unconscious girl for $5. All this so she could use the money to buy cigarettes.

Clyde Patton, the man who had sex with the then 12 year old girl is now 80 years old, and if convicted could be sentenced up to 100 years in prison.

This article could be summed up in only two words- “Trailer Trash”.

While on the stand today the girl, now fourteen years old, recalled a snow day spent home from Noblesville Intermediate School in January 1998, she and her brother, who is two years younger than she is, were playing outside when Clyde Patton, arrived at the family's mobile home to visit their mother; her father was at wok.

While her and her brother were outside the mother was inside fucking Clyde Patton and once they were finished she called her daughter inside and made her drink four strawberry daiquiris. Once she passed out the mother let Patton have sex with her.
"I told her that next morning he had sex with her," the woman testified in some pathetic attempt to evoke some response from the jury that would indicate that she wasn’t a total piece of shit, that in some limited capacity she had acted responsibly.

Hamilton County Deputy Prosecutor Jeff Wehmueller asked the mother why she told her daughter.

"So she won't like him no more, for what he done," she said.

The girl told the court exactly what mother told her the next day when she inquired about soreness down in the special area: "'I wanna tell ya something. You may not remember when you passed out yesterday; I let Clyde have sex with you.'"

The girl testified as to what was her mother’s response when she asked her mother how did he get the chance to have sex with her by quoting her mother as saying "I had some partake in it, too."

"I remember her saying if I told somebody or even my father that some kind of punishment would happen," the girl said.

The girl later told a school administrator.

Defense attorney Scott Sirk hammered at discrepancies in the accounts by the mother and daughter.

The mother said she gave her daughter four strawberry daiquiris. However the girl denied ever drinking daiquiris. She said her mother fixed her a "weak Coke" for lunch and that later she felt dizzy. She said she has tasted alcohol and the Coke she drank that day did not taste like it had alcohol in it.

The girl testified her mother and Patton were kissing on the bed when she went into the bedroom.

Sirk's questioning of the mother under cross-examination also suggested that the defense would attempt to show that Patton couldn't have had intercourse with the girl because he was impotent.
