RAW DOGMA                                                                           written by Nkrumah Steward
Kansas creationist get voted off school board

With the first opportunity that voters had to show at the voters booth what they thought about school board members that passed new standards on science classes in Kansas de-emphasizing evolution, voters kicked out all the Republican candidates which supported the science standards and made Kansas the laughing stock of the country and the western world.

Most of the defeated Republicans were shocked at their defeats. “Unfortunately, I guess propaganda still works,” said Sue Gamble who lost 60 to 40 percent to a moderate who opposed the standard change. Gamble saw her nomination as a rejection of the standards.  You don’t say? The new standards which she supported, play down the importance of evolution and omit the big-bang theory of the universe’s origin altogether.

National Critics argued that the move made the state look backward, but proponents say it lets local school districts decide what to teach.  The issue drew international attention and generated unprecedented campaign contributions.

This issue also divided many simple minded Republicans by becoming a litmus test so to speak as to whether someone was a true conservative or a moderate. They would even goad each other like children in their television commercials over whether or not their opponent was attempting to dodge the issue.

In the past a candidate could spend less than 500 bucks and get elected to office, this year over this issue it cost 74,000 to get elected for that same seat.

In short the theory of evolution, developed by Charles Darwin and other thinkers, holds that the Earth is billions of years old and that life forms developed over hundreds of millions of years.
Creationism maintains that evolution cannot be proven and that the Earth and most life forms came into existence suddenly about 6,000 years ago, when God made the shapes of animals out of dirt and blew “life” up their noses.

Man bears cross for Jesus although Roman’s NEVER crucified people on crosses.
Apparently, he doesn’t care about historical inaccuracies. Which is not at all out of character for fanatics.

Saying Creationism is Better Than Science is like saying Gobots™ Were Better Than Transformers™!
