Teacher fired, the arrested for kissing girl in boys' locker room
Dunnellon High School substitute teacher Rashawn Smith has been fired after being arrested for kissing a 15-year-old girl in the boys' locker room. He has been charged with sexual battery on a child under custodial authority.
``In light of this incident, it's safe to say that Smith is no longer with us,'' said Kevin Christian, spokesman for Marion County Public Schools.

According to the substitute teacher, if we can believe what he said as he was being placed in the squad car "I did not have sex with her, she came in the boys locker room looking for her book bag, and when I asked her what she was doing in here, she undressed herself."
Apparently Marion County Detectives were able to view a surveillance tape, which was consistent with what the teacher reported.
Well I guess we can believe him. You lucky bastard.
