No privacy rights for girl having sex in bathroom
"raw dogma" by Nkrumah Steward, creator of 8BM.com |
A
14-year-old girl that got caught fucking in a bathroom stall in school
with a 17-year-old boy sued the school system citing that the school
violated her right to privacy.
See that is what you get when you tell trash that they have rights.
They have no idea what those rights are, they just think they have
the right to do whatever they want, whenever they want, however they
want.
I don't mean to be the one to break it to her but sweetheart it wasn't
like you were taking a shit in the bathroom stall. Now if they busted
the stall open when you were using the fucking bathroom for what it
was intended for maybe I would have some sympathy, but you
were fucking in the toilet, you are lucky someone didn't make a video.
What ever happened to shame?
I can handle the "me" generation, and all the negative
connotations that comes with it, but I can't ever get used to the
"I have no shame" generation. I have no respect for
the "get up in front of the world and tell everyone your business"
generation.
As far as I am concerned this 14-year-old girl should be embarrassed
that she was caught fucking in a bathroom stall in school, she shouldn't
be admitting she did it, and then suing the school system by saying
her right to privacy was violated.
Whatever happened to acting like you found Jesus and then transferring
to another high school? That is what they are there for aren't they?
She was charged with delinquent acts of fornication and public
indecency, but her lawyer contends that no one actually saw his
client fucking.
"Nobody
actually saw them doing it," he said. Instead, a student
saw "four feet" under the stall's closed door and
notified a teacher, who told the students to come out, he said.
"They did. Fully clothed," Paul Stalcup, Rockdale's
assistant public defender said.
Damn, technicalities.
I can tell you two things about this case without knowing anything
about it but what I have read in this article.1)
This chick must be poor trash if she is using the services of assistant
public defender on a "they caught me fucking in the toilet"
case like this and second, there is a reason that he is the assistant
public defender and not is private practice. Here is a clue,
he is trying to argue to the Georgia Supreme Court that stopping someone
from fucking in a bathroom stall is violating a constitutionally protected
right to privacy.
Georgia
Supreme Court said in a unanimous ruling, the right of privacy is
not absolute and depends on the circumstances of each case.
The boy involved, initially charged with statutory rape, was
allowed to plead to public indecency in what District Attorney Richard
Read called "a reasoned, common-sense approach."
"The girl consented and the boy lacked previous criminal history,"
he said. Here is a case where common sense seems to have been pretty
common throughout. |
