A hidden camera was planted in the ground to help gather evidence against people who dump trash illegally in remote areas of Anderson County South Carolina. The hidden camera hasn't helped environmental control officers prosecute one single litter case in sixth months.

Sadly, it seems that they have caught enough people fucking in the garbage to start their own line of porn films.

"We've caught stuff on that camera that would curl your toes," said Gerry Shealy the county's director of public safety.

Despite what you might think, they say that most of the illicit behavior caught on tape doesn't rise to the level of a crime, although they do suspect some prostitution.

Mr. Shealy said there are no plans to turn over the tapes to authorities. They have been viewed only by himself and the county's two litter officers, he said. "If there's no violation there - and it's two people petting or just enjoying the great outdoors in whatever capacity - I would hope officers would not divulge that information and just erase the tape," he said.

Erase the tape? Yeah right.
