Woman Sues Husband's Alleged Gay Lover For Breaking up her Marriage
A
North Carolina woman named Billie Jean Bonner filed an alienation
of affection lawsuit against her husband's boyfriend which she says
is responsible for ending their 11-year marriage. She is asking for
an unspecified amount of money for damages.
I contend that this isn't possible.
She claims that while she was married to her homosexual husband, his
current boyfriend repeatedly expressed his love for her husband in
telephone calls and e-mail messages. Her husband and this man even
met from time to time for "clandestine trysts,"
including at least once when they actually fucked in her own bed.
What also gets under her skin is that her husband's new beau was also
a married man at the time.
So?
Her being angry with her husband's new boyfriend is like being angry
with a boy because he can't walk. Your husband doesn't want what you
are selling even at a discount. Your husband is gay. He was gay when
he met you. He was gay when he married you. He doesn't want the pussy.
He never wanted the pussy. Heterosexual men can't be persuaded to
suck cock. Gay men can't "entice" you into
their lifestyle.
I never understood that whole argument that homosexuals are bad influences
on children.
Just because my flaming scout leader consistently teaches us how to
make the fastest cars in the pinewood derby each year and I admire
him for that, doesn't mean that I am going to be curious about what
he does with all of that extra axle grease when we are done putting
together our cars.
You either suck cock or you don't. Those are your choices. There are
no gray areas. I don't make the rules. I just think they make perfect
sense and I stand by them.
North Carolina is one of nine states allowing jilted spouses to sue
for alienation of affection, although state legislators are starting
to lean towards considering a bill that would end these type of lawsuits.
I say it couldn't happen too soon.
