The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel is reporting that a 13-year old girl is in police custody tonight for literally pulling a 9-year old boy away from his fucking Legos and forcing him into having sex with her. Problem is, besides the fact that she raped him, was that after she fucked him, the little 9-year old contracted the Clap adding insult to injury.

The girl could be sent to the Southern Oaks Girls School in Union Grove for two years if found delinquent of the charges, and extension orders could keep the girl there until her 18th birthday if it is deemed necessary.

The 13-year-old girl - who was apparently left had been left responsible to watch the young boy in the home when her mother was gone - asked the 9-year-old boy: "Do you want to do it?" meaning have sex.

The girl then ordered the 9-year-old boy to go into a bedroom, where she pulled down his shorts and forced the boy to have sexual intercourse.
A few days earlier, the boy said, he and his brother had been sitting on the girl's bed, and when his brother left, the girl pulled down his pants.
The boy said he "got scared" and asked the girl what she was doing but that she didn't answer.

As the girl forced the boy to have sex, the boy "tried to push her off, but he couldn't,".

The girl admitted she had sex with the boy but claims it only happened once. She also said she and the 9-year-old boy "both" suggested that they have sex and that they "both took off their clothes."
We have all heard that one before haven't we?
Damn, I honestly wasn't expecting her to pull out that one. I guess the "we both wanted it" excuse truly is the prototypical rapist cliché. I figure if she is using that one at 13 years old that explanation must be somehow hard coded in the rapist DNA at conception. Maybe the guys that run the human genome project can turn that one off so we can get an original excuse out of a rapist for once.
