Michael Richards Getting Sued For Using N-Word? What?
The two guys that wouldn’t shut up during Michael Richards standup routine last weekend are threatening to sue him.
For what?
For calling them niggers?
I wasn’t aware that was a crime?
Well technically it isn’t a crime, if it was a crime Michael Richards would’ve been retaining a lawyer not these two.
I wasn’t aware that you could win a case for damages because someone offended you?
Kyle Doss and Frank McBride, the two hecklers retained Gloria Allred as their attorney.
For what?
“I just told him ‘Hey, my friend doesn’t think you’re funny’ and after that happened, he turned around and looked at me and flipped me off and told me ‘F-you n-word,’” Doss said.
Ok, this just in. That hurt Michael Richards' feelings. He is currently planning a countersuit.
Why would Kramer pay you?
After he pays you is all of this going to go away? Will Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson leave him alone? Will I ever forget what Richards said that night and just enjoy Seinfeld in syndication like I used to before this? Nope.
Will Richards be able to have any sort of career anymore without this incident coming up? I doubt it.
So what is he getting out of paying you? I could see him paying if he was going to get something out of it. I could see him paying you if he had wronged you somehow, but he did neither. He is a racist, apparently, and the world found that out at your expense.
Move on.
What is really stupid is that Michael Richards is Jewish. Who the hell did he or any Jew ever hang up in a tree? Why is he calling himself a white man? The KKK would’ve had him in a tree as well. The last time I looked people who were calling themselves pure white men were hording people like Richards in concentration camps and trying to wipe people like him off the face of the earth.
What I find puzzeling is how problemcatic it is that Richards even identifies himself with people who would lynch blacks or as a white person at all.
You can sue people now for hurting your feelings?
You can be brought before a judge for this?
Not if you’re broke you can’t.
This is the sort of thing that can only happen when you are rich.
“He threw out racial slurs repeatedly. There was nothing professional about his act at all,” McBride told Access.
So?
Doss thinks Richards apology on Letterman was fake, forced and insensere.
So do the rest of us.

“What do you want to get out of this situation?” Tim Vincent the interviewer for Access Hollywood asked.
“To be compensated for what happened,” Doss replied.
I’m sure you would.
I think for the sake of free speech this should be laughed out of court not just tossed out of court.
This requires a statement of laughter.
Remember, Doss did call Richards a cracker while he was leaving? Doesn’t that leave him open to a countersuit?
I don’t want to live in an America like this. Richards is a bigot. Don’t go to his shows. Don’t watch his movies. Don’t watch his television appearances.
There shouldn’t be any grounds for a lawsuit.
None.
“It is not enough to go on television and say ‘I’m sorry,’” Allred said. “We are issuing a challenge to Michael Richards. We want the retired judge to make a recommendation on how much Michael Richards should pay to compensate our clients,” added Allred.
And if Richards says “F-you niggers. You won’t get a dime of my money!” Then what?
“Then he will have to bear the consequences of whatever comes next,” Gloria Allred said.
What should come next is that Allred should be laughed out of court.
